Shipments and returns

The provider hands over the goods to be delivered to the shipping company within five working days of receipt of full payment. In the event of delivery obstacles or other circumstances that prevent the contract from being fulfilled, the provider will inform the customer by email. The customer is not entitled to claims arising from delivery obstacles or other circumstances. However, the payment made by the customer must be refunded immediately by the provider.

If delivery to the customer fails because the customer has provided an incorrect or incomplete delivery address, a new delivery attempt will only be made if the customer covers the costs of the new delivery. The new shipping costs correspond to the shipping costs agreed upon when the contract was concluded plus € 4.90 processing fees. The provider will inform the customer of the necessary costs of a new delivery by email. A new delivery will only be made after payment of these costs has been received and the new delivery address has been sent.
