Returns and right of withdrawal

If the bag does not meet your expectations, you can of course return it within 14 days. (only with advance notice by email, see below)
Please make sure that the goods are undamaged, in their original packaging and unworn and that all labels are still on the goods. Otherwise, returns are not possible. If necessary, use protective outer packaging.

The costs of the return shipment are to be borne by the buyer.

Our terms and conditions and the regulations on the right of withdrawal apply to all orders and returns.

The revocation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has or has taken possession of the goods. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must first send us an e-mail with a clear statement to: office@gernaty.com and then return the goods to:

Important: Please keep the postal receipt with tracking number in case the goods get lost. Otherwise we cannot pay you a refund.

Cancellation policy

A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that can predominantly be attributed neither to their commercial nor their self-employed professional activity.

Consequences of revocation

If you revoke this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to revoke this contract. Under no circumstances will you be charged for this repayment. We can refuse repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier. You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of the cancellation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the fourteen-day deadline.

You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
