Our move to Asia was a conscious decision to implement clear values.

We are aware that Asia is often associated with poor working conditions and weak economic structures - this is exactly what we wanted to change. Through personal visits and intensive discussions, we found a factory that meets our high standards in every respect.

With our principles, we promote fair and safe working conditions and contribute to long-term change. Where good standards already exist, we can make little difference - but change is urgently needed in Asia and we want to actively contribute to this.

Many workers rely on western contracts to find their way out of poverty.

We therefore offer an environment in which fair wages above the minimum wage, social insurance and humane working hours are a matter of course. Our employees have access to a dormitory with a canteen and a paid accumulation fund.

The quality and working conditions are checked weekly by one of our Austrian partners based in Asia, who works closely with the factory.

We also pay attention to sustainability in shipping: our goods are delivered to Austria in large, climate-friendly groupage shipments and our packaging is designed to be environmentally friendly. We also offset our CO2 impact by planting trees.

In this way, we combine high-quality products with social and ecological responsibility.
